At Sonny Vaughan Electrical, we’re committed to developing the next generation of skilled electricians in Aberystwyth and Ceredigion. Our apprentices are an important part of our team, and we’re proud to provide opportunities that combine practical experience with recognised industry learning.

How Do Our Apprenticeships Work?

Electrical apprentices are split between practical work within the company and theory-based learning at a local college. Both are vital in providing necessary knowledge and applying this knowledge to real-life situations. We work closely with colleges in monitoring the progress of our apprentices and how we can best allocate our time and resources.
